We will STILL process online orders and emailing proofs during this time. Just no printing or shipping during this time period.
If you are attending a showcase like IPOP, IMTA, we can ship directly to your hotel if you prefer. We do promise to deliver your order before you need them for either IMTA or IPOP.
We highly recommend still placing your order during our break, so we can process and email proofs so we can have ready to print and ship when we return.
All orders placed after Dec. 16th should arrive during Christmas week.
Proofs for headshots and comp cards are typically sent SAME DAY, but NO later than 24 hours after an order has been received.
90% of the time, headshots and comp card proofs are sent within an hour after receiving your order, so please check your e-mails frequently.

Most headshots/Comp Cards ship 24 hours after proof approval and payment has been made, but we ask you to allow at least 48 hours before an order can be shipped. If you need your order at a specific date, please specify on the order form and let us know when we call to confirm and collect payment.
We can accommodate same day shipping of your order at no extra charge, but you must call or e-mail for availability of such service.
Please note with ground shipping, transit times estimate 3-4 working days for orders to arrive outside of California. 1 day for CA orders.
We sometimes ship via USPS if we feel it will arrive faster, please let us know if your address cannot accept USPS deliveries.
If you have not received a proof within 24 hours, please call or e-mail us. Please always check your spam or junk folders to make sure our e-mails are not being dumped in those folders.
At times, orders may take slightly longer to ship. This can be due to many factors such as: mechanical failures of our presses, reprinting jobs if we feel the color and quality are not at acceptable levels and current workload. We make every effort to notify you via phone or e-mail of such delays.
